Honoring Their Commitment/The New Home of Liebermen and Zagoria

Lieberman and Zagoria was for many years a leading firm in the practice of disability law in Florida. The founding partner, Lyle Lieberman, who has retired, is known throughout the United States for his expertise in this area. Upon Mr. Lieberman’s retirement, Evan Zagoria, Esq. continued to pursue the firms’ claims with the same level of commitment. However, in November 2018, Mr. Zagoria passed away at the young age of sixty eight.

In January 2019, I purchased Mr. Zagoria’s practice from his Estate representative. And I have employed Evan’s paralegal, Dalia Lopez. Over the past twelve months, I have pursued most of the claims opened by Mr. Zagoria – endeavoring to honor his commitment to his clients. I knew Evan, and have always respected his practice, experience, and knowledge. So I have some large shoes to fill.

My office is located only a few miles South of Evan’s Dadeland office. Ms. Lopez has worked with most of the Lieberman andZagoria clients for many years, and has been invaluable in preparing and presenting nearly one hundred of the firm’s cases for Final Hearing.
